Payment and Cancellation Policies
1. Reservations and Payments
To secure any service, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip start date.
For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
2. Prices
Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
They include only the services specified in each program.
Click Fauna reserves the right to adjust rates in case of significant cost variations (fuel, taxes, exchange rates, suppliers, etc.).
3. Responsibility
Click Fauna acts as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers (transport, guides, hotels, etc.).
We are not responsible for accidents, losses, damages, delays, or irregularities caused by third parties or due to force majeure (weather, strikes, natural conditions, etc.).
Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering medical contingencies, baggage, and trip cancellations.
4. Documentation and Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid passport, necessary visas and permits, and any required vaccinations.
Click Fauna is not responsible for immigration or health issues that prevent the start or continuation of the trip.
Cancellation Policies
More than 60 days before the trip: 70% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
Between 59 and 30 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 30 days before the trip: no refund.
In all cases, administrative, banking, or payment platform fees are non-refundable.
If the traveler decides to interrupt the trip once it has started, there will be no refunds for unused services.
In case of cancellation by Click Fauna due to force majeure (extreme weather, park closures, social conflicts), we will offer:
Rescheduling at no additional cost, or
Credit applicable to another trip, or
Partial refund, deducting costs already incurred with suppliers.
